2026 RECIRCULATED DRAFT EIR - for reference only

DPR posted the 2026 Recirculated Draft EIR for a 46-day public review period from Friday, July 31, 2026 - Monday, September 14, 2026. DPR is currently working to address comments received during the public review period and anticipate returning to the County Board of Supervisors with the Final EIR for certification in Fiscal Year 2026/27.
