Enforcement: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily (including weekends)

Rate: $2.50/hour with a 3-hour parking limit

City of San Diego Meters (Harbor Drive and Pacific Highway)

Enforement: Most meters are enforced Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parking is free on Sundays and City-observed holidays.

Rate: $2.50/hour with a 2-hour parking limit

Two paid parking garages are available on weekends, holidays, and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
