01/17/25
We’ve waited as long as possible to adjust our rates, but after nearly 11 years, the time has come. Beginning Feb. 18, 2025, it will cost a little more for some of our park services.
Prices were updatied to help offset rising maintenance and operating costs and to align with similar facilities and services in the area. The changes include fees for things like camping, parking, rentals, and permits.
Most of the fee increases changed only a few dollars. For example, Day Use Parking increased from $3.00 per day to $5.00 per day and an RV partial hook-up campsite increased from $29 to $35. Revising the fees also made things simpler by including up to two pets and one extra vehicle as part of your camping reservation.
The February 2025 increase has helped us keep pace with rising costs while continuing to deliver best-in-nation outdoor and recreation spaces at a good value when compared to similar park systems.
Parks are for everybody. That’s why we have programs to expand access to the outdoors and reduce financial barriers, including veteran, senior and group discounts as well as program scholarships and the free First Time Camping Program.
We promote health and wellness and safe communities through thousands of programs for all ages and abilities, including 158 facilities across more than 58,000 acres of land and 389 miles of trails. In addition, most County park programs and activities are offered at a reduced cost or free of charge.
We thank you for your continued support of our parks!
