There are so many reasons to work fitness into your daily routine. Besides boosting your energy, exercise boosts your mood, helps control weight and combats unwanted health conditions and diseases. Exercise can be fun, and is a great way to gain health benefits. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
